Job Description

Role Summary

Team Leader/ SA will be handling teams of QA and will be responsible for day to day operations and scope achievement of his/her zones & monitor change management

1. Prepare beat plan for the cycle.
2. Ensure visits outlet as per beat plan.
3. Reporting of QA’s.
4. Scope achivements.
5. Publishing Alerts.
6. Ensure daily report submission.
7. By managing day-to-day activities, analyzing statistics and reading and writing reports
8. Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
9. Daily reporting to supervisor.

2-3 Years

Minimum Educational Qualification
Any Graduation

Preferred Educational Qualification


Training and Certifications
Quality certifications or Six Sigma certified

Other Skills Needed

1. Good verbal/Written communication skill.
2. Good interpersonal & conversational skills.
3. Travel passionate.
4. Good in MS Office & Power Point.
